2. Mobile App Permissions

Our mobile application may request access to the following device features. Each permission is optional and only used for the stated purpose:

Camera: Take photos of project sites, progress updates, and documentation for your construction projects.
Photo Library: Select existing photos from your device to attach to projects, portfolios, and messages.
Microphone: Record voice messages in conversations with contractors or clients.
Location: Find contractors and job opportunities near you, and provide location-based service matching.
Push Notifications: Receive alerts about bids, messages, project updates, and important account activity.
Biometrics (Face ID / Fingerprint): Optional secure authentication for quick login.

You can revoke any permission at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit certain app features but will not affect your account.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With contractors/clients: Project-related communication
Service providers: Payment processing, verification services, cloud hosting, error monitoring, and product analytics
AI service provider (Faro): When you use Faro, the messages, photos, voice recordings, and project details you choose to send are processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini models) to generate Faro's responses. The Sullix mobile app asks for your permission before sending anything to Faro, and you can withdraw that permission in Settings.
Legal requirements: When required by law
Business transfers: In case of merger or acquisition
