Child Safety Standards
Applies to the Sullix app on Google Play and the App Store, the Sullix website at sullix.com, and every Sullix service, operated by Avia Solutions LLC. Last updated October 7, 2026.
1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Sullix and Avia Solutions LLC strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including photos, videos, drawings, and computer- or AI-generated imagery.
- Grooming, enticing, or soliciting a minor for sexual purposes, including through messages, project chats, or calls.
- Sextortion, or threatening or coercing a minor to obtain sexual images or contact.
- Trafficking of a minor for sexual purposes, or advertising or arranging it.
- Sexualizing minors in text, images, profiles, or prompts, including requests to Faro, our AI assistant, to create, describe, or locate such content.
- Sharing, requesting, linking to, or storing any of the above using Sullix messaging, photo uploads, files, profiles, or projects.
These rules apply to every account type: homeowners, contractors, trade partners, realtors, and organization members.
2. Who Sullix is for
Sullix is a construction project platform for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow minors to hold accounts. Accounts we learn belong to a minor are closed.
3. How to report a concern
- In the app: press and hold a message and choose Report, then select Child safety or exploitation. You can also open Settings → Safety & support → Report a safety concern.
- By email: support@aviazewdu.com with the subject “Child Safety Report”. Describe what you saw and where. Do not attach or forward illegal images.
- If a child is in immediate danger: call 911 or your local emergency number first.
- To report CSAM directly to authorities in the U.S.: use the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678.
4. How we respond
- Use the child safety reporting option or email subject above so our team can identify the concern and assess the action needed to protect users.
- When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we remove the content and suspend or permanently close the accounts involved.
- As required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), we report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we preserve related information as the law requires.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through valid legal process.
- People who report a concern are not identified to the account they report.
5. Child safety contact
Avia Solutions LLC has designated a child safety point of contact who can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance. Reach them at support@aviazewdu.com with the subject “Child Safety”.
